Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Large furniture items may require specialized freight delivery, which can take 2-3 weeks depending on your location.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Mangata ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.

How can I track my furniture delivery?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. For white-glove furniture deliveries, our carrier will contact you directly to schedule a specific arrival window.
